Your rate depends on your stack
A call costs ₹0.50 platform fee plus whatever the speech, voice and model providers charge per minute. Pick any combination and see exactly what you'd pay — from ₹0.85/min.
₹0.50 platform fee + STT + TTS + LLM. Billed per minute from your wallet — no subscriptions, no seats.

The fine print, in plain words
How does billing work?
You top up a wallet in ₹ and calls are billed per minute as they happen. The per-minute rate is the sum of a ₹0.50 platform fee plus the prices of the STT, TTS and LLM providers your agent uses — from ₹0.85/min for the cheapest combination. There are no subscriptions and no per-seat fees.
What happens when my balance hits ₹0?
Calls simply stop starting. The platform checks your balance before every call — if it can't be covered, the call doesn't begin and you're prompted to top up. Your agents, contacts and campaign data are untouched; everything resumes the moment you add credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them. There's no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it clock.
Can I change providers anytime?
Yes — per agent, whenever you like. Each agent's Configure tab lets you pick STT, TTS and LLM independently, and a live cost card shows the new per-minute rate before you save. Different agents can run at different rates simultaneously.
How do I pay?
Payments go through Razorpay, so you can use UPI, credit and debit cards, and other methods Razorpay supports. Credits land in your wallet immediately after the payment is verified.
What do phone numbers cost?
Indian (+91) numbers are provisioned through Plivo at ₹500/month, paid from the same wallet. You can assign a number to any agent and release it whenever you stop needing it.
Top up. Dial. That's the whole model.
No plans, no seats, no contracts — top up any amount from ₹50, your credits never expire and your rate is always on screen.
