This privacy policy explains how Nester Labs ("Nester Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use Saient — our AI agent platform for voice calls, WhatsApp, email and website chat (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google OAuth we receive your name, email address and profile image from Google. We use this to create and maintain your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Call recordings and transcripts. The Service transcribes and stores the content of calls made through your agents, including AI-generated summaries and lead classifications. These are stored so that you can review conversations, audit lead scores and manage your pipeline.
• Contact data you upload. Names, phone numbers and related details of the contacts you upload for campaigns. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and call these contacts.
• Knowledge base content. Documents you upload to ground your agents (brochures, price lists, FAQs) are stored and processed to generate agent responses.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts and payment status, and we store your wallet balance and transaction history. We do not store your card numbers, UPI credentials or bank details — those are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as call durations, campaign activity and feature usage, used to operate billing and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide the Service: placing and transcribing calls, scoring leads, answering from your knowledge base, metering per-minute billing, processing wallet top-ups, and providing support. Call audio and transcripts are processed by the third-party speech, language-model and voice providers configured for your agents, solely to deliver the conversation. We do not sell your personal information or your contacts' personal information.

3. Third-party processors

To operate the Service we rely on infrastructure and AI providers, including telephony carriers, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and language-model providers, and Razorpay for payments. These processors receive only the data needed to perform their function. Google OAuth data is used only for authentication and is handled in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Call recording and consent

You are responsible for ensuring that calls made through your agents comply with applicable laws on recording, consent and telemarketing in the jurisdictions you call — including, in India, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations on commercial communication. Where the law requires it, you must inform call recipients that the call is automated and/or recorded.

5. Data retention

Transcripts, summaries and account data are retained while your account is active so you can access your call history. Wallet and payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax compliance.

6. Data deletion and your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including call transcripts and uploaded contacts — at any time by emailing abishek@nesterlabs.com. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records). Deleting your account deletes the data associated with it subject to those legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to personal data to what is needed to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
