On every call

The details that make calls feel right.

01Says it's an AI

Every greeting discloses it, and custom greetings that don't are refused. The recording notice is added where required.

02Interrupt it any time

Two words, or “wait”, “stop”, “ruko”, and it stops to listen. A cough or “mm-hm” doesn't cut it off.

03Warm transfers

Your front desk hears who's calling, whether they're verified and why, before the caller is put through.

04Callbacks, not voicemail

Closed or busy: a callback task for when you open, and the caller hears when to expect it.

05Emergencies handled

Emergency number first, your on-call contact texted, and the call ends so they can dial.

06English and Hindi

Listening that copes with callers who switch languages mid-sentence.

07Same memory as WhatsApp

The caller's chats, visits and notes are there, and the call joins their history.

08Knows when to hang up

When the caller says goodbye or asks to end the call, it signs off and hangs up.

09Test before patients

Have the assistant call your own phone from the dashboard before going live.

In your dashboard

Hear it on your own phone first.

Before patients call, the assistant calls you. You confirm every test call before it's placed, and you can interrupt it, ask for a slot or ask for a person.

For your developers

Every call is an event too.

A call that books, or one that needs your team, reaches your CRM as a signed webhook, the same as every other channel.

Calls, numbers and costs.

No. Use the number you have on Twilio or Vobiz, or buy one there. In India, incoming calls need a dedicated Vobiz number; shared trial numbers can only call out.
